About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our Sportsbook domain as a key member of our Feeds squad. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and evolving our proprietary feed aggregation service, managing the portfolio of feeds that integrate into it, and driving the development of our consumer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Requirements: Develop detailed technical requirements and specifications for projects that require in-depth knowledge of the Feed Hub, including feature enhancements and upcoming feed integrations.
  • Feed Backlog Management: Manage the Feeds Backlog within the Trading Technology domain, prioritizing the highest-value items based on the team's capacity.
  • Product KPIs: Own functional and non-functional product KPIs, advocating for continuous improvement as the business scales.
  • Stakeholder Representation: Represent the Feeds squad in technical discussions with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Outcome-Centric Approach: Promote a outcome-centric approach by leveraging feedback and data to inform product decisions and continuously improve key business metrics.
  • Communication: Regularly update internal stakeholders and senior management on product progress, performance, and roadmap changes, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and customer insights to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  • Agile Methodologies: Utilise Agile software development methodologies to deploy iterative product improvements with full transparency and adaptability to changing priorities.
Requirements
  • Product Management Experience: Prior experience as a Product Manager with an engineering or trading background, ideally in one of the Sports Betting & gaming, or Fintech industries.
  • Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with remote cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Understanding: An understanding of engineering concepts to capture technical requirements and effectively communicate them to non-technical audiences.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, create product specs, and resolve user and technology-related issues.
  • Data Analysis: A thorough awareness of data and its effective utilisation for problem-solving.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding communication skills.
