- Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market analysis and research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and inform product decisions.
- Customer Engagement and Feedback: Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and gather feedback to inform product decisions.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and operations, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product management.
- Performance Metrics and Analysis: Develop and track key performance metrics to measure product success, and analyze data to inform product decisions.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, product development, or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and experience with product development and launch processes.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the downstream refinery processing market, including relevant processes and systems.
- Leadership Experience: Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
