Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product strategy, encompassing feature prioritization across EMEA regions.
- Drive innovation by conceptualizing new use cases and enhancing existing functionality to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team, including UX, Developers, QA, and Scrum Master, to deliver high-impact product increments through active participation in user-story definition and agile ceremonies.
- Gain a deep understanding of the company's strategic and competitive position in the countries, working closely with regional teams and customers to define and deliver best-in-class, sustainable, and competitive products.
- Partner with the marketing team to develop product documentation, such as presentations and sales materials, and coordinate go-to-market activities.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, including analytics and NPS, to inform data-driven decisions.
- At least 2 years of international product management experience in technical products.
- Proven expertise in Agile software development frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, DDD, and Gherkin.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and pain points through research, data, and customer insights.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive the product, development team, and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Excellent written and communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
