About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive the execution of Industry Marketing campaigns and marketing programs for NTT DATA's Europe & LATAM region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage multi-channel Industry marketing campaigns to engage and convert target audiences.
  • Incorporate industry marketing content into global campaigns to maximize impact.
  • Create strategies for events, social media, paid ads, and email campaigns to drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Present campaign strategies to stakeholders to ensure alignment and enablement.
  • Oversee the execution of campaigns and optimize using data-driven insights and advanced analytics.
  • Collaborate with marketing country teams to ensure optimized lead management and track lead to won deal conversion.
  • Track, measure, and report on Industry campaigns and activities to inform future strategies.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a Marketing function within the IT industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills and ability to operate in a matrix environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Relevant degree in Sales or Marketing Management.
