Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Senior Laboratory Systems Manager to lead the integration of laboratory data management systems and oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimization of laboratory IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Management: Oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimization of laboratory IT systems in compliance with GxP and other relevant regulations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all systems are validated and meet the requirements of a GxP environment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the systems meet these requirements.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to laboratory operations.
- Training and Development: Train and support staff in the use of the systems, promoting best practices in a regulated environment.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Bioinformatics, Medicinal Informatics or similar.
- Experience: Multiple years of experience in IT system management in a GxP, regulated and validated environment with a strong focus on lab data management and archiving.
- Technical Understanding: Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting laboratory IT systems.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with GxP and other relevant regulations for IT system management.
- Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve system issues.
