Ryanair, Europe's leading airline, is seeking a highly motivated and organized Stores Coordinator to join our team at Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI) in Spain. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will work closely with our client airline to ensure the smooth operation of our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure stores are controlled and monitored in accordance with E.A.S.A requirements.
  • Account for all stock movements into and out of stores, both physically and on our engineering computer system.
  • Assist in the control of commercial goods requirements.
  • Progress our service freight throughout our network.
  • Action AOG requirements and control costs.
  • Control all material transactions on our computer system.
  • Monitor delivery dates and times of incoming spares for aircraft on check with our maintenance providers.

Requirements:

  • Previous stores experience is desirable.
  • A full driving license is required.
  • High English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Proven computer skills.
