Ryanair, Europe's favourite airline, is seeking a highly motivated Stores Coordinator to be based in Palma de Mallorca Airport, Spain. The successful candidate will work in cooperation with our client airline, assisting in ensuring stores are controlled and monitored in accordance with E.A.S.A requirements.

The ideal candidate will have previous stores experience and be responsible for accounting for all stock movements into and out of stores, both physically and on our engineering computer system. They will also assist in the control of commercial goods requirements and progress our service freight throughout our network.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring stores are controlled and monitored in accordance with E.A.S.A requirements.
  • Accounting for all stock movements into and out of stores.
  • Assisting in the control of commercial goods requirements.
  • Progressing our service freight throughout our network.
  • Ensuring AOG requirements are actioned and costs are controlled.

Requirements:

  • Previous stores experience desirable.
  • Full Driving Licence required.
  • High English level both written and speaking.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Highly organised and able to handle a wide variety of tasks in a pressurized environment.
  • Effective communicator.
  • Proven computer skills.
