Beauty Consultant

Coty, a world-leading beauty company, is seeking an experienced Beauty Consultant to join our Travel Retail team at Palma de Mallorca airport. This is a unique opportunity to deliver sales targets and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced international environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering sales excellence through outstanding customer service, executing in-store visual merchandising, and building retailer support across the entire Coty portfolio. Your main focus will be on ensuring up-to-date training on provided tools, adhering to Company uniform and grooming guidelines, and suggesting alternative and add-on sales to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining accurate stock levels, reporting issues as needed, and ensuring full availability of all lines and testers;
• Executing perfect promotional activity, taking immediate action to fix issues, and maintaining excellent communication with the Coordinator and Retail Specialists;
• Developing relationships with store staff and management, providing support to temporary staff from agencies, and accurately completing Company paperwork within set guidelines and time limits;
• Submitting sales figures to retail specialists with trading comments on time and ensuring the effective and efficient running of the store at all times.

In exchange for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary, ranging from €30,000 to €45,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus sales incentives and benefits.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong language skills in Spanish and English, with German being a plus.
