Job Summary
The Field Service Engineer, Spain Portugal is a crucial role within Saur Europe

Key Responsibilities

  1. Installation: Set up and install water treatment equipment at customer locations, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
  2. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment remains in good working condition during rental periods.
  3. Repairs: Troubleshoot and repair equipment if it breaks down or experiences technical issues.
  4. Customer Support: Provide technical guidance and support to customers regarding equipment operation and maintenance.
  5. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of equipment maintenance and repairs.
  6. Safety Compliance: Ensure equipment meets safety and regulatory standards.
  7. Training: Offer training to customers or rental staff on equipment operation and maintenance.
  8. Inventory Management: Monitor equipment inventory, ordering spare parts when needed.
  9. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently to minimize downtime.
  10. Reporting: Provide feedback to rental companies about equipment performance and condition.

Requirements
Formación Profesional (F.P.)/ Vocational Diploma in Engineering or equivalent mechanical and electrical work experience. Proven work experience as Field Service Engineer in the water industry or a similar role.
