Job Title: HR Coordinator Assistant


Location: The St. Regis Mardavall Mallorca Resort, Carretera Palma-Andratx 19, Spain


Job Type: Full-time


Salary: €35,000 - €45,000 per year (based on experience)


About the Role:


In this exciting role, you will provide critical support to our Human Resources team, assisting with various tasks and projects to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. As an HR Coordinator Assistant, you will have a key impact on our organization's success, working closely with management and leadership to resolve HR-related issues.


Key Responsibilities:


- Assist with handling and resolving Human Resources issues, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws, as well as company policies and standards.


- Support employees with internal and external transfer requests, maintaining accurate records and files.


- Coordinate applicant drug screens, reference checks, background checks, motor vehicle checks, and social security number verification, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and up-to-date.


- Maintain applicant flow, drug screen, orientation, and transfer request logs, providing valuable insights for future hiring processes.


- Create and maintain new hire and personnel files, entering them into Human Resources Information Systems accurately and efficiently.


Requirements:


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of related work experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for accuracy and precision.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Familiarity with Human Resources software and systems, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
