About Novartis Farmacéutica
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Solution Delivery team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and delivering medium to large complexity projects that align with our business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead the design, deployment, and delivery of projects, ensuring IT solutions align with business requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Financial Management: Oversee project financials to guarantee delivery within budget and provide accurate financial reporting.
- Project Management: Effective management of projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to the expected quality standards.
- Business Value: Achievement of agreed KPIs, including measurable business impact.
- Technology Solutions: Successful launch of innovative technology solutions at scale across the organization.
- Agile Practices: Adoption and advancement of Agile, Productization, and DevOps practices.
- Operations: Maintenance of operations stability and effective risk management.
- Customer Experience: Positive feedback on customer experience.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Project Management.
- Skills: Competent in Risk and Service Delivery Management, Proven experience in stakeholder management at senior levels, Strong communication skills with a history of customer-facing roles, Exposure to industry/business processes, Proficient in Project and Budget Management, Strong Business Acumen and Strategic Planning, Effective Influencing and Performance Management.
