As an Associate Director, Pharmacovigilance, Emea, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of safety management services that meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the effectiveness of department operations, including safety processes, resource utilization, scope of work, budget, and contractual issues.
- Develop processes and strategies to assist in meeting departmental and company goals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies, procedures, and global regulations.
- Guide managers and train project team members as needed.
- Assist business development and foster client relationships.
- Review and provide operational input on budgets, proposals, contracts, and renewals associated with existing clients.
- Manage a team of experienced professionals, including interviewing and selection, job description preparation, professional development, goal setting, performance management, coaching, and mentoring.
**Requirements**
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.
