As we continue to grow rapidly, we're seeking a Global Benefits Manager to ensure that our employees in the UK, Spain, Germany, and the US have access to benefits that truly matter.

About the Role
You'll report directly to the Senior Director of Total Reward and have the autonomy to drive change, bring new ideas to the table, and collaborate with leaders across the company. If you're passionate about creating meaningful, market-leading benefits, we'd love to meet you and explore our plans further.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Owning and elevating our benefits programs, ensuring they remain competitive and aligned with what our employees truly care about.
  • Spreading the word: Making sure employees know and value their benefits through engaging communication efforts.
  • Leading well-being initiatives: Managing global therapy and coaching programs that support employee health and happiness.
  • Strategizing with leadership: Identifying and proposing new benefits initiatives using market data and employee feedback.
  • Planning for the future: Taking charge of global benefits cost forecasting and ensuring we budget wisely and plan ahead as we continue to scale.
  • Cross-team collaboration: Working closely with People Operations and Payroll to seamlessly deliver benefits programs and ensure compliance across all regions.
  • Acting as the go-to expert: Solving complex employee queries related to our global benefits.
  • Keeping operations smooth: Managing relationships with benefits providers, negotiating contracts, and overseeing the processing of invoices for global vendors.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Elevating our benefits programs to ensure they remain competitive and aligned with employee needs.
  • Developing engaging communication strategies to ensure employees understand and value their benefits.
  • Managing global well-being initiatives, including therapy and coaching programs.
  • Collaborating with leadership to identify and propose new benefits initiatives.
  • Forecasting global benefits costs and ensuring we budget wisely for future growth.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver benefits programs and maintain compliance.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert on global benefits, providing guidance to employees.
  • Managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and processing invoices.

Salary Range
$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
