About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Associate to join our Data and Research Service (DRS) team at Boston Consulting Group. As a Research Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our client work and knowledge base by delivering high-quality research and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research on commercial, multi-industry, and economic topics to support client cases and business initiatives
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industrial goods topics, including Greentech & Engineered Products
  • Collaborate with senior team members to engage with clients and deliver accurate, timely, and relevant data and information
  • Communicate complex research findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Work closely with outsourcing partners to guide research analysis and ensure quality assurance
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in engineering, sciences, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of relevant working experience in industrial goods topics, preferably in Greentech & Engineered Products
  • Excellent English and Spanish language skills, with fluency in German a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
