International Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our B2C Sales Team based in Barcelona, Spain. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for operating the daily international sales operations for our students and dealing with their admissions.
You will work closely with Customer Care, Student Support, and Summer camps teams to provide guidance and reassurance to our customers. Your main tasks will be:
- Advising customers about destinations, schools, adequate programs, and visa.
- Contacting every lead to maximize sales opportunities and progress each lead to ensure upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Building strong customer rapport through high-quality written and oral communications and by demonstrating excellent product knowledge.
- Organizing phone contacts and interview requests with prospects.
- Creating and following up on quotes and transforming leads into bookings.
- Updating regularly your knowledge about our schools, destinations, and sales techniques.
- Working closely with Student support teams based in each school to confirm availability.
- Collecting deposit payments and proceeding with data input on Salesforce.
- Participating in occasional student fairs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Relevant experience in sales department ideally in travel & tourism industry or in language education.
- Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Italian level required (C1 / C2) with very high English. Other languages a plus.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and to work with deadlines.
- Experience of dealing with high volume of leads.
- Excellent written & verbal communication.
- Ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close sales in the language required and English.
- Resilient and consistent, with ability to bounce back from setbacks and remain focused on goals.
