Project Engineer - Traction Control Systems

Key Responsibilities
  • Determination and documentation of requirements for drive control software
  • Definition of software architecture and documentation with modeling tools
  • Participation in software design and implementation
  • Agreement and documentation of system interfaces
  • Design and description of software components
  • Programming of control software with graphic development tools
  • Integration of control unit software on target platform
  • Planning of software test
  • Monitoring of software development process
  • Determination of suitability of completed software
Requirements
  • Technical degree in electrical engineering, computer sciences, or mechatronics
  • Previous knowledge of rolling stock business
  • Professional experience with structured software development in traction control systems
  • Traction system knowledge: traction converters and electrical motors
  • Fluency in English (C1-level or equivalent)
