About the Role

We are seeking a talented Business Data Analyst to join our Data Analyst team of Customer Interactions and Monetization Tribe. As a Business Data Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting business in their analytical needs, through descriptive analytics and diagnosis, generating insights and recommendations that support better decision making and derive greater commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively connect Business areas and understand their needs, services, and products functioning, and generate accurate data-driven analysis and recommendations.
  • Co-create product analysis trends to increase sales conversion, reduce product attrition, improve digital funnels, support recurrent or ad hoc inbound/outbound communication campaigns, etc.
  • Customer analysis to understand customer behavior, customer lifetime value, determine customer segmentation, and create customer evolution forecast.
  • Support and advise business on their reporting needs and any other analytical need.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, or other degree with strong analytical content.
  • Full proficiency in Excel, SAS, and SQL (knowledge of other programming languages such as R or Python will be appreciated).
  • At least 3-6 years of experience in a comparable role, transforming data to extract key business insights using statistical/analytical concepts (experience in retail investments products will be appreciated).
  • Excellent communication skills to work together with many different parties throughout our organization.
  • Willing and able to learn and improve technical and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-centric and fluent English will be appreciated.
