About the Role

Ebury, a leading FinTech firm, is seeking a highly skilled Strategy and M&A Senior Analyst to join its team in Madrid. As a key member of the Strategy team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's direction across various markets and industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of Ebury's strategic direction.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis, summarizing key insights and learnings.
  • Perform complex financial modeling to evaluate and advise on potential investments.
  • Contribute to the M&A lifecycle, from sourcing to valuation and due diligence.
  • Assist in monitoring strategic initiatives through KPI tracking.
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, VC, and/or strategy consulting with a focus on M&A and financial analysis.
  • Experience within Fintech is essential.
  • Proven ability to conduct financial modeling and analysis.
  • Understanding of market dynamics, valuation, and industry trends.
  • Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to convey complex information simply.
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
