Global Operations Senior Analyst, Fleet Accounting Specialist

Lime, the world's largest shared electric vehicle company, is seeking a highly skilled Global Operations Senior Analyst to join our Fleet Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and improving our fleet accounting processes, ensuring compliance with public audit partners' requirements.
In this role, you will work closely with local operations teams across 31 countries and collaborate with other globally focused teams to develop and iterate on tools and processes used by local partners to account for their vehicle and battery fleets.

Key Responsibilities- Support local teams with ad-hoc fleet accounting requests and questions.
- Maintain, improve, and manage our quarterly asset audit program to ensure visibility into the location and quality of our vehicles and batteries.
- Manage the asset hold function, developing clear standards and best practices for hold utilization and reporting.
- Partner with Data Engineering and Data Science teams to develop data infrastructure and reporting on fleet accounting data and Key Performance Indicators.
- 5+ years of experience in Operations, Finance, Consulting, or analyst-type roles.
- Advanced SQL, Google Sheets, and data management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate concepts to both technical and non-technical individuals.
- Comfortable learning and adapting to new concepts and tools.
- Able to travel 10% of the time.
