Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content Strategist/Creator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Planning
    • Develop a content strategy that aligns with our business goals across all content types, including social media, blogs, articles, white papers, case studies, interviews, technical documents, webinars, presentations, sales enablement collateral, and videos.
    • Craft content topics and pillars aimed at educating, entertaining, inspiring, and engaging our target audience.
    • Define target personas to ensure content is tailored to their needs and interests.
    • Implement best SEO practices to enhance content visibility and searchability.
    • Perform regular content audits and analytics to determine what content should be kept, edited, rewritten, or updated on all platforms, identifying content gaps to ensure we meet the buyer's journey needs.
    • Analyze content performance using analytics tools to identify trends in reader engagement, adapt strategies accordingly, and measure content ROI.
  • Content Creation
    • Design and create clear and compelling content distributed across all platforms.
    • Utilize graphic design and digital marketing skills to create visually appealing content, including infographics, social media graphics, Word Press landing pages, printable one pagers, and presentation materials.
    • Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and messaging.
    • Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all content pieces.
    • Develop and manage content aimed at generating leads and achieving content marketing goals.
  • Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in the tech or IoT sector.
    • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong portfolio of published content.
    • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) with a strong portfolio of visual content.
    • Proven ability to develop and execute successful content strategies.
    • Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing trends, and analytics tools.
    • Excellent research skills and the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, engaging content.
    • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
    • Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable with a strong attention to detail.
