About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our leadership team. As a key member of our executive committee, you will be responsible for leading our finance function and ensuring the financial health of our company and its business units.

Main Responsibilities
  • Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial plans that align with our business strategy and goals.
  • Financial Leadership: Lead a team of financial experts and provide guidance and support to ensure the success of our finance function.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial performance and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to the executive committee and other stakeholders.
  • Financial Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure the stability and growth of our company.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 15 years of experience in finance, with 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Skills: Proactive, flexible, and problem-solving attitude; ability to build connections with people and create a positive and inspiring environment; humble and approachable, a team player with great collaboration skills.
