About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Chief Financial Officer to join our team at Empresa Reconocida. As a key member of our executive management team, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's financial strategy and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the finance and accounting team, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Advise the CEO and executive management team on long-term business and financial planning, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with senior management, external partners, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee the management of financial processes, including budgeting, sales, business development, and strategic planning.
Requirements
  • At least 8 years' experience in the finance industry, with a proven track record of success in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting, and budgeting principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with staff at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the medical cannabis industry and GMP standards is highly desirable.
