Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Financial Officer to lead our finance function and drive the financial health of our company. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and ensuring the financial integrity of our business.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the company's strategic financial planning and budgeting process
  • Direct the annual budget plan and track financial performance
  • Lead a team of functional experts across the finance scope
  • Define and track strategic KPIs of the company
  • Analyze financial performance and make recommendations to ensure compliance with company goals
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and financial processes
  • Prepare business managerial reporting and monitor cash flow
  • Supervise audit, taxes, and other fiscal matters
  • Manage financial information and analyze data for decision-making
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar field
  • 15 years of experience in the Finance function and 5 years in a managerial role
  • Proactive, flexible, and problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English and Spanish knowledge desirable
