The Chief Financial Officer will be a key figure in the company's strategy, responsible for managing the financial health of the company, ensuring its stability and growth in the short and long term.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Budget Preparation: Preparation of the business plan, budgets, and forecasts with an analytical and accounting focus, including P&L and cash flow.
  • Financial Control: Detailed cost analysis and monitoring of deviations from the budget, collaborating with responsible departments to optimize results.
  • Dashboards and KPIs: Development of dashboards with clear indicators to facilitate agile and efficient decision-making.
  • Continuous Improvement: Leadership in identifying, creating, and executing both processes and improvements, contributing to the optimization of corporate KPIs.
  • Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing, providing detailed reports to the CEO and executive team.
  • Strategic Advisory: Support the CEO and executive team in key strategic decisions through financial analysis and evaluation of investment opportunities.
  • Treasury and Financing Management: Supervision of cash flow and evaluation of financing alternatives, ensuring liquidity and efficiency in the use of financial resources.
  • Regulatory and Tax Compliance: Effective management of tax obligations and compliance with local and international regulations, with special emphasis on Spanish taxation and accounting.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in financial functions, with at least 5 years in roles as CFO with a team in charge.
  • Deep knowledge in financial planning, budgeting, and risk management, with specific experience in Spanish taxation and accounting.
  • Advanced skills in financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills and leadership ability.
  • Experience in presentations to investors and various stakeholders.
  • Payroll supervision and administration.
  • Solution-oriented and business-focused profile.
  • Expert who has experienced significant growth phases and had the opportunity to lead them.

Valuable:

  • MBA, Master's, or similar.
  • Experience in rapidly growing companies.
  • Knowledge of advanced financial management systems.
  • Previous experience in the SaaS sector.
