We are seeking a highly skilled Transfer Pricing Specialist to join our growing Transfer Pricing practice at Alter Domus. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality transfer pricing services to our clients across key European jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth analysis and valuation of companies' transactions to ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations.
- Prepare benchmarking analyses and transfer pricing reports to support our clients' business needs.
- Identify and anticipate potential problem areas, measure and manage risks to ensure our clients' interests are protected.
- Deliver projects with technical excellence and a practical, business-driven approach.
- Manage administrative processes, including KYC, code opening, billing, and Sales Force updates.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and provide high levels of account support to senior officers and managers.
- Contribute to winning new work by proactively managing existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, or finance.
- Master's degree in economics, finance, or business administration is a plus.
- Advanced level of English language proficiency. A second European language, especially French or German, is desirable.
- 1-3 years of transfer pricing experience gained in a tax advisory, law firm, or consulting firm.
- Experience in transfer pricing financial transactions is a plus.
- Strong technical skills and a desire to develop further.
- Ability to interpret transfer pricing regulations and tax statutes.
- Proven capability in driving project delivery.
- Ability to identify areas of risk and know when to refer upwards.
- Client-focused and commercially aware.
- Relationship management skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
- Project management skills, including planning, prioritizing work, and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to integrate with new teams quickly and work remotely with team members located in different jurisdictions.
