Sales Excellence Team: Pricing Specialist

We are seeking a Pricing Specialist to join our Sales Excellence Team at SD Worx. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient implementation of pricing strategies across all sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement pricing changes and promotions in our pricing systems accurately and on schedule.
  • Monitor and verify the accuracy of pricing updates across all platforms.
  • Maintain the integrity of pricing data and ensure consistency across all systems.
  • Ensure Quotes and Order Forms are approved within pricing and discount policies.
  • Run day-to-day quote and pricing build up/approvals.

Collaboration and Support:

  • Provide proactive support and guidance to the sales team to help drive new deals as well as up-sell opportunities (tactical pricing).
  • Assist the sales team with pricing-related inquiries and issues.
  • Manage escalations to senior leadership when applicable.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of pricing policies and procedures.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to enhance pricing processes and system functionalities.
  • Participate in projects aimed at improving pricing implementation efficiency and accuracy.

Data Management and Analysis:

  • Generate and distribute regular internal pricing performance reports.
  • Provide analysis and insights on won & lost past deals priced and feedback strategic pricing director.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Strong analytical skill and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize to meet business needs.
  • Strong financial modeling and analysis skills.
  • Program and project management skills.
  • Ability to build meaningful business relationships and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong work ethic and self-directed resourcefulness.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a deal desk, finance, contracts, sales operations, or revenue role.

Thorough understanding of the sales process and ability to navigate and progress long, complex sales cycles.

Experience in Sales Operations in a software or service company can be a plus.

Experience with SFDC tool can also be a plus.
