The Sales Excellence Team at SD Worx is seeking a highly skilled Pricing Strategy Specialist to join their team. This pivotal role is responsible for the accurate and efficient implementation of pricing strategies across all sales channels.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a thorough understanding of the sales process. They will be instrumental in building winning proposals, maintaining pricing data integrity, and collaborating with the sales team, pre-sales & strategic pricing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pricing Execution: Implement pricing changes and promotions in the company's pricing systems accurately and on schedule.
  • Monitor and verify the accuracy of pricing updates across all platforms.
  • Maintain the integrity of pricing data and ensure consistency across all systems.
  • Ensure Quotes and Order Forms are approved within pricing and discount policies.
  • Run day-to-day quote and pricing build up/approvals.

Collaboration and Support:

  • Provide proactive support and guidance to the sales team to help drive new deals as well as up-sell opportunities (tactical pricing).
  • Assist the sales team with pricing-related inquiries and issues.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to enhance pricing processes and system functionalities.
  • Participate in projects aimed at improving pricing implementation efficiency and accuracy.

Data Management and Analysis:

  • Generate and distribute regular internal pricing performance reports.
  • Provide analysis and insights on won & lost past deals priced and feedback strategic pricing director.

Profile:

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize to meet business needs.
  • Strong financial modeling and analysis skills.
  • Program and project management skills.
  • Adept at business partnering and working with cross-functional teams, building meaningful business relationships along the way.
  • A willingness to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a deal desk, finance, contracts, sales operations, or revenue role.
  • A thorough understanding of the sales process and the ability to navigate and progress long, complex sales cycles.
  • Experience in Sales Operations in a software or service company can be a plus.
  • Experience with SFDC tool can also be a plus.
