About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Amazon's Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team as a Sales & Operations Planning Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a central role in driving business growth and efficiency across our logistics function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and implement Amazon Freight Partner (AFP) growth strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain partner profitability models and scenarios to inform business decisions.
  • Create and manage flex demand allocation tenets to optimize operations and improve tractor utilization.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and present findings to senior stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain visualisation tools and dashboards to drive action and inform business decisions.

Amazon's ATS team is a diverse and dynamic group of professionals who play a critical role in our success. We use air, sea, and road transport, as well as sortation centres equipped with the latest technology, to drive efficiency and innovation in our logistics operations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience working in an analytical role, driving business strategy and growth.
  • Relevant experience in analysing large data sets, data quality, and data warehousing.
  • Experience creating dashboards using Excel, SQL, Quicksight, and visualisation tools.
