Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Service Representative, you will work collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skillful and professional way. You will analyze problems and offer individual solutions, providing an omnichannel service via telephone, email, chat, and social media. You will develop a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client and embody our company values as a brand ambassador.
RequirementsWe're looking for someone with a high level of German and exceptional grammar and spelling skills. You should also have a high level of English (both written and spoken) and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You should be able to deal with sensitive calls with empathy and have strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of €18,000.00 gross per year, plus a bonus of €400 gross if you complete the contract without sanctions. You'll also receive top performance incentives, 2 accrued days per month, 24 calendar holidays per year, paid bank holidays, and 1 extra day in lieu. You'll have the opportunity to work from home 100% of the time and receive ongoing training and development.
