About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud CRM Manager to join our team at Homelike Internet Gmbh. As a key member of our success story, you will be responsible for managing our automated and campaign communications along the full customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Construct and execute campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its connection with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Drive improvements of Homelike's KPIs, such as conversion and retention rates, based on data analysis.
  • Collaborate with other teams to automate and optimize processes.
  • Have a strong understanding of constructing and executing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its connection with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-3 years working experience in email marketing, focused on lead generation, nurturing and retention or as a management consultant.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (in particular, Journey Builder).
  • Good knowledge of AMPscript and SQL – HTML and CSS is a bonus.
  • Good analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with other teams to automate and optimize processes.
  • Entrepreneurial 'can do' attitude.
  • High affinity towards technology and IT.
