Key Responsibilities- Supervise and control all pools and resort areas, providing necessary assistance and first aid as needed.
- Clean, maintain, and repair pools, pool areas, machinery, and other resort installations.
- Monitor and control water quality and chemicals in pools.
- Administer and order safety products, first aid materials, and other essential supplies.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including basic accounting and computer skills.
- Enforce safety standards and protocols for pools and facilities.
- Provide training and technical guidance to other team members as needed.
- Respond to emergencies and incidents, and inform management of any issues.
- Assist in planning and implementing emergency response procedures.
- Life Saving diploma required by Spanish law from Cruz Roja.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish and English.
- Basic accounting and computer skills.
- Good physical and mental health.
The physical demands of this position require exerting up to pounds of force occasionally to move objects, standing for extended periods, and detecting attributes of objects by visual, olfactory, and tactile means.
Additional Responsibilities- Perform other duties as required to meet the needs of the department.
- Help cover shifts at the Beach House, assist with activity preparation and cleanup, and provide support to the engineering department.
