Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Life Guard to join our team at Marriott International. As a Life Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests while they enjoy our pool facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Use appropriate rescue techniques to assist swimmers in distress
- Monitor the pool area for potential hazards and report any incidents to management
- Provide first aid and CPR as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe pool environment
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
Requirements
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
