Job Title: Payments Specialist
About the Role:
As a Payments Specialist at Gaming Innovation Group, you will be responsible for processing withdrawals at a fast pace while also resolving payments queries on our integrated platforms. You will maintain strong relationships with customers and payment support providers.
Main Responsibilities:
• Reduce fraud and bonus abuse through methodical checking of withdrawals.
• Ensure payments made to end-customers are sent successfully and within specified time frames from our service level agreements and in accordance with the company policy.
• Respond to queries and/or tickets from operators (via Jira and Live Agent) and as required by internal departments to resolve any reported issue and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Track any issues from the point of reporting through to resolution.
• Take immediate action via the appropriate escalation channels to mitigate losses to both business and customer.
• Communicate with people at all levels of the business and develop strong working relationships with internal and 3rd party service providers.
• Ensure Responsible Gaming policy is enforced across all brands accurately and in a timely manner.
• Speedily interpret and process large quantities of data in a fast-moving and changing environment.
• Assist teams within Customer Operations (KYC, Customer Support, Risk and Fraud and Player Safety) with their tasks when required.
• Report any critical issues that require immediate attention and action to a Senior Payments Analyst or Team Leader.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1-year experience as a Payments Analyst or in processing iGaming payments (Required).
• Extensive Sportsbook knowledge or experience (Preferred).
• Familiar with most popular payment methods and Platforms, such as Devcode/PiQ or Tecnalis/Alira.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and Atlassian products.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
