Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Customer Payments Analyst to join our team in Malaga. As a key member of our Operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of client payments, in line with our internal processes and SLAs.
Key Responsibilities- Verify and process client payments, adhering to internal guidelines and SLAs.
- Manage payment issues and queries, including SWIFT and domestic payments, in accordance with internal processes.
- Investigate non-received, short, or returned payments, and process or escalate as required.
- Reconcile client funds and outbound payments across Ebury's network of bank accounts.
- Verify remitter bank account data and assign currency accounts to clients as requested.
- Strong understanding of payment clearing schemes and international payments.
- At least 1+ years of experience in Fintech or International Payments.
- Good knowledge of SWIFT and FX products offered by Ebury.
- Proactive and diligent, with excellent communication and research skills.
