**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead our front desk and reservations team at Meliá Orlando Celebration in Florida. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional and personalized service for all guests.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of front office or guest service experience, including management experience in a hotel or resort. Advanced Spanish and English proficiency (spoken and written) is required, with other languages being a plus. Technical skills include proficiency in hotel management software (reservation systems) and tools like MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and motivating the front office and reservations team, ensuring their integration, training, and continuous development.
- Oversight of daily front office operations, including reception, reservations, and telephone services.
- Supervising guest arrivals and departures, ensuring seamless and satisfactory experiences.
- Resolving complex guest complaints or issues quickly and effectively.
**What We Offer**
We offer a competitive salary of $$70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
