Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a passion for Linux, Windows, and all things IT to join our team as a System and Network Engineer.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technology and thrive on challenges. The role includes:

  • Infrastructure Maintenance: Oversee our product infrastructure, ensuring it remains operational and resilient.
  • Alert Management: Swiftly address alerts within the confines of our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Server Administration: Install, configure, and manage servers, maintaining their health and performance.
  • Security Enforcement: Proactively apply patches, safeguarding our infrastructure against vulnerabilities.
  • Efficiency Optimization: Fine-tune our IT landscape.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Linux and Windows Mastery: Expertise in both Linux distributions (Ubuntu, Debian) and Windows Server (2019 and beyond).
  • Automation Excellence: Proficiency in Ansible, Terraform.
  • Advanced Networking: Ability to configure and optimize network infrastructure.
  • Scripting Creator: Elegant scripting skills in Power Shell, Python, Bash.
  • Network Service Management: Experience with DNS, DHCP, SSH, VPN, SNMP, Postfix, Apache, HAProxy.
  • Orchestration and Containers: Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker Swarm.
  • Virtualization Expertise: Proxmox, VMware.
  • Experience and Tenacity: Over 5 years of Level 2 and Level 3 support resolution.
  • Frameworks and Standards: Adherence to industry best practices (ITIL, ISO 27 K, 20 K).
  • Collaborative Mindset: Ability to thrive in cross-functional teams.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required, with French being a significant plus.
