About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Marketing Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic and international Ecommerce team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing data related to digital sales, performance marketing campaigns, customer behavior, and website traffic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze data from various sources, including Amazon Advertising and Digital Shelf Monitoring tools, to identify growth areas and develop strategies to enhance visibility and conversion.
  • Collect and analyze key metrics related to awareness, traffic, and conversion, and communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to provide insights to the Ecommerce Team and other stakeholders.
  • Support the development of hypotheses and execution of A/B testing and other experiments to optimize marketing performance.
  • Assist in the execution, monitoring, and optimization of Ecommerce marketing campaigns to ensure maximized visibility and ROI.
Requirements
  • A first successful experience in reporting and data analysis, using tools like Excel or PowerBI and languages such as SQL, VBA, or Python.
  • A Fluent level of English (C1).
  • Any additional European language will be advantageous.
  • Ideally a Master's degree (currently enrolled or graduated from) Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
  • An analytical approach and skills to interpret data from a wide range of sources.
  • Provide actionable insights.
  • A methodical and structured approach to optimization and problem-solving, as well as knowledge of the digital customer journey and Paid Search/Display Ads is preferred.
  • A business orientation: understanding of market dynamics and a commercial mindset.
