Your Future Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for defining the manufacturing process and associated equipment for new products, taking into account industrial policy, existing standards, and project constraints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures to ensure efficient and high-quality production
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Production, to design and optimize manufacturing processes
  • Estimate manufacturing workload and identify areas for process improvement
  • Design and implement industrial documentation, including industrial data sheets and process validation plans
  • Participate in product design and development, ensuring compliance with industrial requirements and standards
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including production teams and engineering departments

Requirements

  • Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Organization
  • Fluent in English (B2 or assimilated), French an asset
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial engineering principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
