Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Finance And Admin Manager to join our team at Waycon Builders And Construction Supply Corp. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial and administrative functions, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the company's financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and budgeting.
- Oversee the administrative functions, including human resources, facilities management, and procurement.
- Develop and implement financial and administrative policies and procedures.
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in Accounting or related field.
- 5 years of experience in finance and administration, preferably in a construction industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
