We are seeking a driven and analytical International Marketing Automation Manager to design, implement, and optimize marketing automation programs across multiple countries.

This is a hands-on role, setting up programs to increase lead generation, funnel conversion, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Development and Implementation:

Select and implement the appropriate future-proven technical MA tool.

Design and execute end-to-end, multi-channel marketing automation campaigns and workflows, ensuring alignment with global marketing initiatives and local requirements.

Cross-Country Collaboration:

Work closely with Country Marketing Managers and Sales Teams to understand their specific needs, provide guidance, and ensure seamless localization, execution, and reporting of campaigns.

Performance Optimization:

Analyze campaign metrics and identify opportunities to enhance engagement, conversion rates, and overall ROI across countries.

Leverage insights using our platforms (GA4, Salesforce, HubSpot, Power BI) to drive data-driven decision-making.

Demand Generation, Funnel, and Re-Engagement:

Focus on designing and executing demand generation, funnel optimization, and re-engagement programs that drive leads and accelerate sales cycles.

Problem-Solving:

Act as a problem-solving expert within the marketing team, troubleshooting technical issues and developing innovative automated solutions.

Training and Enablement:

Provide training and support to country marketing teams, ensuring they can effectively use marketing automation tools to run local campaigns and achieve their goals.

As this is a role with an international scope, we can offer the position in different locations/countries.

About You/Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience managing CRM and marketing automation platforms.

Data-Driven Mindset:

Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Creative Problem Solver:

Passion for finding innovative solutions to optimize marketing automation performance.

Communication and Collaboration:

Exceptional communicator and collaborator, comfortable working with cross-functional and international teams.

Motivated by Performance:

Results-oriented with a track record of success in optimizing automation campaigns to achieve tangible results.

Fluent English:

We're an international business using English for communication, so strong written and spoken English skills are essential.
