Marketing Automation Specialist

Grifols, a global healthcare company, is seeking a skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join its Plasma Procurement Marketing Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the Donor journey and experience through the development and execution of email campaigns and unique sends using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee journeys on Marketing Cloud, including emails, SMS, WhatsApp, and Push Notifications
  • Create and manage audiences within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud infrastructure
  • Collaborate with Business and IT teams to align marketing objectives with strategic business goals
  • Design and implement delivery mechanisms to meet marketing objectives
  • Monitor and analyze campaign success, providing insights into evolving market technologies and trends
  • Document processes and track advancements in marketing automation
  • Contribute to the development of metrics reports using Salesforce data
  • Refine email marketing strategies through A/B testing, segmentation, and customization
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, particularly in executing journeys and monitoring their success
  • Ability to advise on possible advancements and improvements in marketing automation
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track and analyze campaign success
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation principles and best practices
