About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Engagement Manager to join our team at EQS Group. As a key member of our Customer Engagement Team, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers achieve maximum return on investment (ROI) from our solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business objectives and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve success.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns and gathering feedback, leveraging your understanding of SaaS and our solution's benefits and features.
  • Collaborate with our support, sales, product, and marketing teams to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Identify and close upsell opportunities and uncover new cross-sell leads for the Sales team, using your experience with CRM systems and databases to manage multiple accounts effectively.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions in parallel with diplomacy, tact, and composure.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an after-sales role focused on customer success, customer engagement, or account management, with a strong understanding of SaaS and the ability to effectively communicate the benefits and features of our solutions.
  • Experience in managing a portfolio of high-value customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success with the product.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with mid-to-upper segment clients.
  • Good understanding of SaaS products and compliance, enabling you to better understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Excellent written and spoken language skills in German and English (both C1 level). Additional major European languages would be a plus.
