Material Service Representative For Spanish Air Force

**Job Summary**
Airbus Defence and Space is seeking a highly skilled Material Support Service Representative to join our team at the Zaragoza Spanish Air Force A400M Main Operating Base. As a key member of our Global Support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional material support services to our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure the contractual material performance related to maintenance services is achieved, locally at the Main Operating Base, by the MRO and in deployments off-MOB.
- Surveillance of materials needed to guarantee fleet and material availability, anticipate spares needed, and inform both the customer and the Support Center.
- Manage all operational activities related to Repairs, Spares, Transportation, Warehousing, Quality, and Export Control.
- Align with other MSSRs at different Global Support customer locations to fulfill global customer requirements.
- Support the delivery/reception of IPLs and customer material requests for other contracts.
**Jobholder Responsibilities**
- Support the delivery of Spares Availability Service for In Service Support contracts with customers, as per advanced context of Performance Based Logistics programs and in line with contractual requirements and budget constraints.
- Deliver results as part of an organisation within ADS Customer Services, providing the solution of spares availability and inventory optimisation services.
- Contribute to Customers' fleet availability and support the contract manager to ensure profit is achieved for the Company, instead of penalties due to material unavailability.
- Minimize discrepancies, anticipate spare needed, avoid AOG transportation, and daily operative issues that improve fleet operation.
- Increase and maintain customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**
- Work according to the Services Program Directive, guaranteeing relevant stakeholders buy-in in the development of support service customised solutions.
- Ensure Material Support deliverables to Customer On Quality, On Time, On Cost, working closely with internal areas and local Subsidiary.
