Material Services Program Representative for MRTT

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Material Services Program Representative to join Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe, Madrid.
Responsibilities:
- Lead performance-based logistics contracts for specific customers, ensuring fulfillment of material support customer requirements and managing in-service support contracts.
- Act as the primary interface for Airbus DS Customer Services Regional Directors towards Material Services, ensuring correct reporting and cascading of program planning.
- Maintain clear direction and continuous alignment of LTA Customer Services Programs and Material Services strategies, identifying potential issues and ensuring their resolution.
- Ensure all material services-related activities are managed in line with program targets and policies, including time, cost, and quality.
- Coordinate and deploy LTA Material Services policies with Airbus DS local teams in the air bases.
- Lead the project management and steering of the cost evolution for the material services perimeter, ensuring alignment of operating plan assumptions between program and material services.
- Ensure actions are well-coordinated within material services to anticipate issues and reach material services key financial and performance commitments.
- Represent Material Services in program governance reviews and support quality function on material services-related requests.
- Contribute to the overall material services performance on EBIT, revenues, order intake, and support improvement projects.
Requirements:
- Education to degree level in engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in quality, manufacturing engineering, or programs.
- Ability to work in a multicultural context.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Leadership and teamwork skills.
- High level of English proficiency.
