Job Summary:

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Aeronautical Systems Specialist to join Airbus Defence and Space in Spain. As a specialist for Electric and Hydraulic systems of the Spanish Eurofighter Typhoon fleet, you will be part of a team working at the Spanish Air Force Headquarters.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to the Maintenance Operations Branch (MOBs) regarding technical queries and resolution.
  2. International Technical Instructions: Manage and implement international technical instructions, including STOs, TWs, and OOCRs.
  3. National Technical Orders: Generate national technical orders, including OTCPs, SOs, QAs, and DIs.
  4. Fleet Monitoring: Actively monitor recurrent problems affecting the fleet and analyze relevant problems affecting other fleets.
  5. Meetings and Collaboration: Attend fleet operation improvement meetings and support related activities concerning the system, such as STANAG studies and technical assessments.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Engineering degree.
  2. Experience: 5 years of experience in engineering, particularly in Aeronautical Engineering.
  3. Knowledge and Skills: Proven knowledge and experience in aeronautical structures within the Eurofighter environment, technical knowledge of Aircraft General Systems, and customer service-oriented profile with advanced communication skills and assertiveness.
  4. Teamwork and Communication: Ability to work in a team and cross-functionally, with an advanced level of English.
