Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist, Trauma, Sevilla & Cadiz (maternity cover) to join our team. As a Clinical Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing technical support to MD&D product sales of new and established accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in achieving sales goals set by the sales team, including market share goals.
- Implement market development and field marketing activities.
- Schedule appointments and attend surgeries with clients.
- Develop presentation and technical information packages focused on our clients and our products for sale.
- Participate in activities to improve the knowledge of health professionals.
- Collect information and manage material orders and shipments at customer locations.
- Coordinate with Customer Service to ensure product availability.
- Run regional and local promotional activities to advance sales.
- Follow up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Make sales forecasts for business planning by account and submit it to management.
- Prepare sales reports and documents as needed.
- Transmit relevant market information to management.
- Preferably Healthcare or Science University Degree.
- Experience in assisting surgeon in OR will be highly valued (At least 6 months).
- Native in Spanish and fluent in English.
