Job Summary

As a Payment Integrity Project Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the maintenance of the Health Cloud environment for the Payment Integrity team and other relevant projects within the International Markets business.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, complemented by project management skills, to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical users.

You will have significant experience articulating business complexity in the form of business processes and requirements, and be responsible for developing, specifying, validating, and documenting business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the intake form process for all Health Cloud requirements and support queries related to the Payment Integrity team processes in Health Cloud.
  • Collate and deliver relevant training to end users and managers on functionality, reporting, and usage of Health Cloud (and any other relevant products being managed).
  • Partner with the Payment Integrity team in facilitating user acceptance test approach and test cases.
  • Ensure operational readiness upon delivery of change.
  • Investigate, evaluate, and report alternative solutions to business needs and recommend preferred solutions.
  • Manage small projects/work streams that cross multiple business and technology areas following Agile or Waterfall methodology.
  • Maintain change request and governance log and present monthly to senior management.
  • Provide support to other teams where required in business analysis, testing, documentation, and/or managing specific work streams within a larger project.

Requirements

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, complemented by project management skills, to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical users.

You will have significant experience articulating business complexity in the form of business processes and requirements, and be responsible for developing, specifying, validating, and documenting business needs.

This role reports to the Payment Integrity Project Effectiveness Manager.
