Responsibilities
Work with key stakeholders and product owners to anticipate and understand detailed requirements, impacts, and functional specifications.
Create and maintain Salesforce and other GTM applications solution documentation.
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for product and process optimization.
Educate and promote CRM standard procedures to ensure solutions meet business strategy and ethos.
Assist the product owner in defining value and priority and selecting scope for upcoming releases and sprints.
Define Acceptance Criteria of features and plan and perform QA testing.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, management information systems, or a closely related discipline.
3+ years of strong working knowledge of Salesforce, Hubspot, Aircall, Lead Routing, Marketing Automation, and other GTM applications as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.
Excellent knowledge of and shown proven expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ.
Ability to apply critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced atmosphere while managing various requests.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities, as well as the ability to communicate successfully with both technical and non-technical customers.
Excellent knowledge of Scrum, Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and technology such as Jira and Confluence.
Salesforce implementation experience across the whole Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
