Job Summary

Catenon is seeking a highly skilled Regional HR Business Partner to collaborate in the design and implementation of strategies that drive business value. As a key member of our HR team, you will work closely with functional leaders to develop effective employee solutions and contribute to the company's success as an international market leader.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strategic partnerships with functional leaders to design and implement employee solutions related to organizational design, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, talent development, employee engagement, performance management, and retention.
  • Implement global HR policies and procedures for each country, ensuring compliance with local legislation and minimizing legal risks.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, creating people-centric strategies to meet business demands through a deep understanding of our organization and its people.
  • Oversee the onboarding and offboarding of employees, ensuring a seamless transition and minimizing disruption to the business.
  • Champion the communication of HR strategy, initiatives, policies, and procedures, leading and driving change projects to generate continuous improvements within the function.
  • Collaborate with global teams, including Learning and Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, and Corporate HR Business Partner, to deliver high-impact projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Studies: psychology, business degree, or related field.
  • Languages: excellent command of English, written and spoken, and local language.
  • Work experience: 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: ability to multi-task, adhere to deadlines, well-organized, people-oriented approach, excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident in communicating and influencing with senior stakeholders, positive mindset, self-motivated, and team player.
