Regional HR Business Partner

Catenon is seeking a highly skilled Regional HR Business Partner to collaborate in the design and implementation of strategies that drive economic value through the development of employee capabilities and the creation of a high-trust organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Build strategic partnerships with functional leaders to contribute to the design of effective employee solutions related to organizational design, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, talent development, employee engagement, performance management, and retention.
- Implement global HR policies and procedures for each country, ensuring compliance with local legislation.
- Act as a trusted partner to managers and employees alike, creating people-centric strategies to meet business demands through a strong understanding and knowledge of our people.
- Maintain a knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks.
- Champion the communication of HR strategy, initiatives, policies, and procedures, leading and driving change projects to generate and deliver continuous improvements within the function.
- Collaborate and deliver global projects with the Learning and Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, and Corporate HR Business Partner teams.
- Studies: psychology, business degree, or related studies.
- Languages: good command of English written, spoken, and local language.
- Work experience: 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Skills: demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines, well-organized with a people-oriented approach, ability to interact with leaders, act as a coach when appropriate, and drive towards solutions.
